All of the crew are fluent in English. They are excellent hosts and will go out of their way to make sure you have an incredible trip.
However, in more rural areas or smaller islands, you may encounter fewer English speakers. It is always helpful to learn some basic Greek phrases before travelling to Greece, as it shows respect for the local culture and can help you communicate more effectively with locals who may not speak English fluently.
