From the Airport, there are urban express buses that can take you to the city center. The journey time is approximately 40 minutes - 1 hour and the fare is approximately €6.
Taxis are also available at the designated taxi waiting area located at the Arrivals Level. The airport is also accessible by Athens Metro, using line 3, which takes approximately 45 to 50 minutes to reach the city center and vice versa. There are ATM machines at the airport if you need local currency.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM on your departure day. We will confirm all times on the day. If possible, we will try to open check-in earlier, however, this depends on the cleaning crew.
As the ships are arranged differently each week according to directions from the Port Authority, we cannot give you a specific port location in advance. We will communicate the exact dock location via WhatsApp and email on the day or the evening prior to departure.
Once you arrive at the location of your ship, you will be greeted by a check-in representative. You can then leave your bags with the onboard crew, relax, grab a drink and get to know your fellow travelers!
Feel free to explore the area near the exact dock location if you arrive early, but remember that you’ll need to be back on board before the scheduled departure.
