How far in advance should I book a celebration package?
We recommend booking at least 1 month before your trip to ensure availability and customization options.
Can I customize the package or request additional items?
We’re happy to accommodate customization requests, such as specific decorations or premium treats. However, please note that special requests or customizations are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. For personalization options, kindly reach out to us at least 14 days before your trip.
Where will the surprise take place?
For the Waves of Euphoria package, the default location is your cabin.
For the Sail to Forever proposal package, we have a default location thoughtfully selected. However, if you have a preferred location, let us know!
Note: Requests for alternate locations are subject to availability and coordination with the yacht crew to ensure everything is perfectly arranged.
When will the surprise be arranged?
We’ll coordinate with you to ensure the timing fits your plans and stays a surprise.
What happens if there are dietary restrictions for the treats?
Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments to the sweets included in the package.
Is there a limit to how many packages I can book?
There’s no limit to how many celebration packages you can book! Whether you want to plan multiple surprises for different loved ones or combine packages for a truly unforgettable experience, we’ll be happy to help make it happen.
Do you provide souvenirs or keepsakes?
Yes, our Sail to Forever proposal package includes a professionally edited video as a keepsake of your special moment.
For the Waves of Euphoria package, you have the option to add an edited video as a keepsake during the booking process. This way, you can relive and cherish your magical celebration for years to come.
Can I cancel or reschedule the celebration package?
Yes, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance. Please note that cancellation fees may apply as outlined in our policy.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled date. Your refund will be calculated as the amount you paid minus:
- A € cancellation fee,
- The cost of any items or services already procured as part of your package, and
- Any processing fees that cannot be recovered.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the trip or after the commencement date are non-refundable.
This policy ensures we can fairly cover costs already incurred in preparation for your celebration.
