Welcome to Solamoré Swag Store! By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Solamore Swag soft launch, available exclusively to guests who order and receive items during trips from June to September 2025. By placing an order, you agree to the terms for modifications, exchanges, returns, and cancellations. Please review the details before purchasing.

Orders & Payments

  1. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, unforeseen circumstances, or failure to complete payment within the provided time frame.
  2. During the soft launch period, orders require up to 48 hours for invoice processing and confirmation. Guests will receive a notification once their order status is updated.
  3. Payment must be completed in accordance with the installment schedule or within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Additional details will be provided via email notification.
  4. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, cryptocurrency payments, and international bank transfers for online purchases.
  5. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to applicable fees.

Shipping & Delivery

  Soft Launch Period (April to September 2025)

  1. Orders placed during the soft launch period will only be available for cabin delivery aboard the designated Solamoré yacht.
  2. Orders will be delivered directly to the guest’s assigned cabin on the day of boarding.
  3. Guests will receive their order details through their personal InfoDeck profile and email notifications.

 Future Shipping Options

  1. Solamoré Swag’s international shipping to select locations will be announced at a later date.
  2. Shipping destinations, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable fees will be detailed upon official launch.

Product Quality & Warranty

  1. We strive to provide high-quality merchandise. If you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact Solamoré during the trip dates.
  2. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Items may be returned or exchanged within the trip dates, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that once the trip has concluded, we will no longer be able to accommodate returns or exchanges.
  2. Customers may exchange a product for a different size, color, or choose a completely different item of equal or greater value. If the new product has a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference. If the new product is priced lower than the original, we will issue a refund for the difference.
  3. Clothing items cannot be exchanged or refunded once worn for hygienic reasons, except if they are damaged, defective, or faulty. Any signs of use, stains, scratches, or damage on a product will result in a denied return or exchange. Additionally, products that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  4. In case the returned item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, a refund will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 business days after the trip. Upon customer request, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund. Note that store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance. After this timeframe, any remaining balance will expire.

Cancellations & Modifications

  1. Orders can be modified within 7 days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after this period, and all orders will be considered final. 
  2. Modifications and exchanges are subject to the availability of items on board.
  3. To request a modification, please contact our support team through info@solamore.events.

Intellectual Property

  1. All designs, logos, and content related to Solamoré Swag Store are the intellectual property of Solamore Global FZCO and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Solamoré Swag Store is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

SEVERABILITY

  1. If any clause or part of a clause of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid for any reason, such clause or part-clause will be deemed to be severed from the Agreement and such severance shall not affect the enforceability, legality, validity or application of any other provision of the Agreement.

VARIATIONS

  1. Subject to any rights you may have under the Fair Trading Act 1986, Solamoré reserves the right at any time, or from time to time, to update, revise, supplement or otherwise modify these General Terms and Conditions and to impose new or additional terms and conditions.
  2. All updates, revisions and modifications will be effective immediately and incorporated into these General Terms and Conditions.  If in Solamoré’s opinion, the changes are significant or may materially impact your rights, Solamoré will notify you, as soon as possible, by way of telephone or email (at the telephone number and/or to the email address provided by you in your Application).

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

  1. For the purposes of the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, and the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, you consent to Solamoré communicating with you electronically (for example, by way of email) unless we are required by law or regulatory requirements to communicate in another way.  If at any point you do not wish to receive communications electronically, the email address for you to unsubscribe from receiving such emails is  info@solamore.events.

JURISDICTION

  1. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.
