Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Solamoré Swag Store! 

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Solamore Swag soft launch, available exclusively to guests who order and receive items during trips from June to September 2025. By placing an order, you agree to the terms for modifications, exchanges, returns, and cancellations. Please review the details before purchasing.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  1. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, unforeseen circumstances, or failure to complete payment within the provided time frame.
  2. During the soft launch period, order processing requires up to 48 hours for invoicing and confirmation. Guests will receive a notification once their order status is updated.
  3. Payment must be completed in accordance with the installment schedule or within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Additional details will be provided via email notification.
  4. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, as well as cryptocurrency payments and international bank transfers for online orders. Cash payments are accepted for onboard purchases.
  5. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to applicable fees.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  Soft Launch Period (April to September 2025)

  1. Orders placed during the soft launch period will only be available for cabin delivery aboard the designated Solamoré yacht.
  2. Advanced orders will be delivered directly to the guest’s assigned cabin on the day of boarding.
  3. Guests will receive their order details through their personal InfoDeck profile and email notifications.

 Future Shipping Options

  1. Solamoré Swag’s international shipping to select locations will be announced at a later date.
  2. Shipping destinations, estimated delivery timelines, and applicable fees will be detailed upon official launch.

PRODUCT QUALITY & WARRANTY

  1. We strive to provide high-quality merchandise. If you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact Solamoré during the trip dates.
  2. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. During the soft launch phase, when orders are delivered to the guest’s cabin on board, items may be returned or exchanged during the trip dates or within 7 calendar days after the trip ends, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and free from signs of wear, misuse, or intentional damage.
    1. Returns will only be accepted for items found to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue, subject to inspection and approval by the Solamoré team.
    2. Customers may exchange a product for a different size, color, or choose a completely different item of equal or greater value. If the new product has a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference. If the new item is priced lower, we may issue a refund for the difference—provided the return meets our eligibility criteria for refunds.

      2. Items may only be exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or faulty. Items that show signs of wear, stains, scratches, or alterations will not be eligible for return or                 exchange. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

          Solamoré reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

      3. In case the returned item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will notify you and arrange a refund. Upon request, store credit may be issued instead. Store                    credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance, after which any unused balance will expire.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

  1. Orders can be modified within 7 days from the date of order confirmation. Cancellations are allowed within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order or making a payment—whichever occurs later. If no payment has been made, the order will be cancelled without charge. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued, less any non-recoverable processing fees disclosed at the time of order. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after this period, and all orders will be considered final. 
  2. Modifications and exchanges are subject to the availability of items on board.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All designs, logos, and content related to Solamoré Swag Store are the intellectual property of Solamore Global FZCO and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Solamoré Swag Store is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

SEVERABILITY

  1. If any clause or part of a clause of the Agreement is found to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid for any reason, such clause or part-clause will be deemed to be severed from the Agreement and such severance shall not affect the enforceability, legality, validity or application of any other provision of the Agreement.

VARIATIONS

  1. Solamoré may periodically update or revise these Terms and Conditions. Significant changes that may materially impact your rights will be communicated via email to the address provided upon your order. Continued use of the Swag Store or placing an order after updates have been communicated will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. 

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

  1. By placing an order, you agree to receive transactional updates via email or other electronic means, including order confirmations and support notices.
  2. We will not send promotional or marketing content without your explicit consent. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected]

Privacy & Data Protection

  1. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information in compliance with the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law. Your data will be collected and used solely for processing orders and fulfilling related services.
  2. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to complete your order or comply with legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

JURISDICTION

  1. Solamore Global FZCO is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the UAE.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the UAE.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

ELIGIBITY

  1. Coupons are issued exclusively to Solamoré customers through authorized channels. They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and may only be used for the specific products or services stated in the offer.
  2. Coupons may be redeemed only for the specific products or services stated in the offer and must be applied at checkout to be valid. Unless otherwise specified, only one coupon can be used per transaction, and coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers. 

REDEMPTION 

  1. Coupons must be applied at checkout for valid use.
  2. Only one (1) coupon may be used per transaction. Partial use of coupon value is not eligible for refund unless otherwise specified.
  3. Coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated in the coupon offer.

EXPIRATION DATE

  1. Coupons are valid only until the expiration date specified on the coupon. After the expiration date, the coupon is considered void and cannot be reactivated or redeemed.

LIMITATIONS

  1. Coupons are valid for a single use only, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Coupons cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.
  3. If the total order value is less than the coupon value, no credit or cash will be provided for the difference.

PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

  1. Coupons may not be valid for all products or services and may exclude specific categories, such as sale items or specific product lines, as noted in the offer.
  2. The coupon may not be applied to taxes, shipping fees, or other charges related to the purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Products purchased using a coupon may be returned or exchanged, subject to our standard return policy. Refunds will reflect the actual amount paid after the coupon discount is applied. 
  2. If the refunded item is defective or faulty, the coupon may be reinstated at Solamoré’s discretion or an alternative resolution may be offered, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 
  3. Discounted products can be exchanged or refunded based on the net purchase amount listed on the receipt.

FRAUDULENT USE

  1. Any misuse or unauthorized use of a coupon, including reproduction, resale, or fraudulent redemption, will result in immediate cancellation of the coupon. Solamoré reserves the right to reject the transaction, suspend related accounts, and take legal action if necessary. 

CHANGES AND TERMINATION

  1. Solamoré reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the coupon offer at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through the appropriate channels.
